Thank you for selecting my firm to represent you. I have been a lawyer since 1979 and started my private practice in 1983. Before 1983, I was an administrator with the State Department of Corrections. I have extensive criminal and business litigation experience, including over ten murder cases, and a death penalty case. I have also argued several cases before the State Supreme Court.

As part of my private practice, I am regularly involved in teaching various legal related classes. I was an adjunct professor at Centralia College in 1983-1984 and I have been a trainer for the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission since 1981.

I graduated from San Francisco State University in 1976 and from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington in 1979. I'm admitted to practice before the following courts: United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, State of Washington Supreme Court, and State of California Supreme Court. I'm licensed to practice in all courts in Washington and California, and I'm a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyer's Association and Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Although you retained me for a specific problem, you should know that my firm represents clients' interests in a variety of areas, including real estate matters, criminal matters (felony/misdemeanor/traffic/juvenile), personal injury (auto accidents), business and business litigation matters, probate and estate planning.

My goal is to provide you with competent representation. I recognize that this is an important matter to you and will use my best efforts to accomplish your goals. Should you ever have any questions about your case, do not hesitate to contact my secretary or me.
